“A mini tornado swept through Manhattan and in ten minutes toppled 200 trees in Central Park. Our properties were in the path of this wind current. Horizontal trees from adjacent properties blocked access and damage to one of our buildings, causing New York City Department of Buildings to issue a partial vacate. It was total chaos.

 Mr. Cohen was the sure, steady “go-to” person. He made sure the adjuster arrived promptly and even personally came down to our properties to offer his help. Mr. and Mrs. P came to CBO owning a 2 family brick home on Avenue J. They were paying over $2605 a year with Travelers and were unhappy with that high of a payment.
